Reiki pronounced Ray-Key) originated in Tibet and literally means Universal Life Force when used, it strengthens and heals energy pathways, thus allowing the life force to flow throughout the body in a natural way. Reiki supports your body's natural ability to heal. It helps create a sense of balance, harmony and a state of total relaxation by relieving physical and emotional blockages. The Reiki Practitioner is attuned to bring the Universal Energy to each of the seven (7) Chakras that are located in the mid line of the body. Each Chakra has a musical note, endocrine glands/organs,a color,metal and issues associated with it. During this fully clothed treatment, you may experience deep relaxation & calming of the mind; release of stored emotions; improved focus & creativity; a decrease of fatigue & improved energy level and a balancing of the body's energy centers --- the Chakras . Reiki works well with other Therapies and will improve the results of all medical treatments. It can shorten healing time, reduce or eliminate pain decrease anxiety and stress & help create optimism. JIN SHIN DO 60 min / $60.00 JIN SHIN DO is a modern synthesis of Traditional Acupressure, acupuncture theory and technique, breathing exercises,Taoist philosophy and modern psychology. Its intent is on the imbalances of energy and muscular relaxation, not on symptoms. This treatment is gentle acupressure applied to the energy meridians that are present in the face, neck and shoulders. JIN SHIN DO is often used to relieve migraines,cluster headaches, sinus pressure, earaches, tinnitus, sore throats and facial wrinkles. It is often called the non-surgical face-lift due to the intense relaxation achieved. During the session clients often report a sense of deep relaxation,tingling sensations, muscular relaxation and the desire to fall asleep.
