Congratulations !! Being Pregnant is a special gift of life and also a time of many changes –physical, emotional and spiritual. Change, even if welcome, can be stressful and with pregnancy it can sap your energy for coping abilities.

To enjoy a Pregnancy massage, you
• Are to between the ages of 18 – 35 years
• Have an uncomplicated pregnancy and if you have certain medical conditions, this may require your physician to write permission to receive this Massage. This will be discussed prior to your first appointment

This Massage:
• Enhances bonding with the most important people in the baby’s life • Addresses colic and excess gas • Builds a sense of trust, security and acceptance • Relaxes baby and helps induce sleep • Strengthens the Immune system • Improves functioning of the baby’s major body systems • Tones muscles and brings the baby in touch with his/her body

Requirements:
• Your baby is to be between the ages of 4 weeks and 12 months as this age range seems to garner the most positive responses to the Massage techniques.
• Also, your baby age 4 weeks is to be free of any umbilical cord remnants since an abdominal massage is demonstrated and performed on your baby.

The Class:
• Meets for one (1) hour a week for 2 consecutive weeks in your home
• All handouts and specifically formulated nut free massage oil in included in the Fee

The Fees:
• The Fee covers two (2) adults in any combination – the mom, the dad, a grandparent, another adult relative, a caregiver etc. Additional attendees will be charged an additional $20.00 to cover costs of materials and equipment. Family pets just love to attend as they sometimes receive the benefit of a massage demo…….
